Out of Order

Background

I was asked to create a hard hitting film to educate and inform young offenders around Public Order offences and anti-social behaviour. This film is now used in training & counselling sessions with young offenders.

The Brief

The client wanted a short Film to exdplore the effect that Public order offences have on Victims and to show the consequences for Offenders.
