Hangama productions - a British Asian Theatre Company produced this comedy exploring tadittional values and It toured to these venues: Haymarket Theatre; Contact Theatre; Lyric, Hammersmith; Lakeside Arts Centre; West Yorkshire Playhouse.

The Brief

The Text is written in a filmic way where we cut to locations as effortlessly as on the TV screen which in performance is rather hard to do. The solution was in making the 2 main locations park, and living room work on a revolve so the actors could quickly rotate from one scene to the next. The sideboard also doubled up as a bed for the wedding scene
